I'm an autistic disabled artist studying IT. I like horribly difficult sci-fi games about dolphins and listen to progressive rock for 14 hours a day.
Each morning, I eat a slab of cold steel fresh off of the press. My favorite thing to do is design silly little characters and then make them suffer.

TERMS OF SERVICE
YOU MUST:• Provide clear reference images for anything you want me to draw. If I am designing you a custom, then you must give me guidelines for the features you want on the design. Moodboards and songs are welcome as character inspiration!• Be specific about the details of your order. I can’t know what you don’t tell me, so please inform me of any specifics before I begin. If there is no preferred pose or expression, I will choose one myself.I will not begin working until I receive full payment. The expected turnaround time will be within a few weeks to months (busy life, disability, etc.). If I experience any obstacles working on your commission, I will notify you of them and when you can expect to receive the next update.
You may request a deadline, but I won't accept anything sooner than 2 weeks from the day I receive payment. I will decline any deadline I feel I cannot meet.During the process of your commission, I will send you updates as I progress. Screenshots will be provided through the sketches for your approval. If you request extensive alterations, you will be asked to compensate for the extra time.
When I enter the rendering stage, you cannot ask for large changes.

MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST:• I have the right to refuse an order at any given time, for any reason. If your order was already paid for, you will be given a refund for any work that wasn't completed.• I hold the copyrights to any and all images that I produce.• I have the right to use the commission as I see fit. I, however, do not claim any characters I have drawn that are not my own, and I will not sell any commissions as merchandise to the public (unless given permission by the client).
The most I will do is use the commission as an example or in my portfolio!
YOUR RIGHTS AS THE CLIENT:• You may ask to be anonymous if/when I upload your commission or request a specific upload time for a special occasion.• You may not repost my work, except to Toyhouse, wherein I must be given full credit for my work.• You may NOT edit or request edits to my work.• You may NOT remove, cover, or cut my watermark/signature from my work. I must be given FULL CREDIT for any and all work I produce.• You may NOT sell my work for any sort of profit. Commercial use is prohibited unless we have worked out an agreement ahead of time. Under no circumstances will I ever agree to the use of my art for NFTs or anything related to AI. This is non-negotiable.
REFUND POLICY:If you ask for a refund for any reason, you will be required to compensate me for the work I have already done and will be returned the rest. You will also be given the image that I had completed up to that point.
If the commission is complete/nearly complete, you cannot ask for a refund. My work is not free and you will compensate me for any I complete.
